How Do I Qualify for Job Placement Assistance Services?

At MTI, every qualified student has access to Job Placement Assistance Services. As students approach the end of their program or course, they must meet the following criteria to qualify for these services:听

• Maintain an overall grade point average of 70% or higher
• Achieve an overall attendance rate of 90% or better
• Remain in good standing with MTI

If you鈥檙e a current student and have questions regarding the status of your qualification for Job Placement Assistance, contact your program鈥檚 Placement Coordinator or speak to your instructor.听Even after graduation, MTI continues to be a resource for our alumni!听

MTI鈥檚 dedicated Placement Coordinators are available to assist students and alumni to identify employment opportunities that align with the听 skills gained through MTI鈥檚 training programs and courses.

• Dedicated Job Placement Coordinators: MTI鈥檚 Job Placement Coordinators are available for each program to provide you听 personalized guidance and support as you navigate your job search and achieve your career goals.
• Resume Writing: MTI provides workshops to help you build a resume that highlights your strengths and stand out in a competitive job market, whether you鈥檙e a current student or alumni. Individualized support is also available upon request.
• Networking and Referrals: MTI has established partnerships with local employers across all our campus locations to help our students secure employment upon graduation. MTI鈥檚 Placement Coordinators can also help connect you with employment opportunities and assist in requesting professional references from instructors or school officials to help support your job applications.
• Application Assistance: MTI鈥檚 Placement Coordinators can help you find and complete applications for roles within your career field.听
• Interview Preparation: MTI鈥檚 interview preparation workshops help you build confidence, make a positive first impression, and navigate the interview process. Plus, you鈥檒l learn how to听 follow up effectively and showcase professionalism through your attire.
• Career Planning: Meet with your Placement Coordinator to receive personalized guidance and identify opportunities based on your career goals. MTI鈥檚 Placement Coordinators can help you map out a path for long-term career success.
